New Cooper Basin acreage opened up for oil and gas exploration in South Australia

Premier Jay Weatherill made the announcement this morning at the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association Onshore Gas Conference in Adelaide. Bids will be sought for the two new onshore blocks covering more than 4000 square kilometres.
